Big Greek Burger

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground chuck
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 6 slices red onion
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 1/2 cup prepared olive tapenade
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season ground chuck with salt and pepper and portion into 8-ounce patties. Grill burgers, topping with feta just before reaching desired doneness. Brush rolls with butter and toast on grill.
  2. To assemble, place an onion, tomato slice and burger on each bun. Spread tapenade on top half of bun.
